The "Blue & White Brigade" (BWB) was first established in the winter of 2005. Conceived by avid followers of the world game, it was innocently proposed to create a group that mirrored the efforts of such groups in terms of colour and singing with those of its peers in South America and Europe.
Two seasons into the A-league, there is no argument from those in the media, players and supporters of the game around the country, that BWB is the benchmark in terms of
• Numbers
• Colour and
• The atmospheres generated on the Australian sporting landscape.

Often, the question is asked of what is necessary to be welcomed into The "Blue & White Brigade" (BWB). Maybe this can be answered by understanding the meaning of the ‘word’ brigade.

What’s the football mentality of those who live and breathe BWB?

Essentially the football mentality of those who stand in BWB has always been about generating ‘active support’ for the boys out on the park who represent our great city. Broken down it’s about
• 100% participation, 100% co-ordination, discipline
• respecting the game of football
• respecting the capo

BWB was never created to
• market the game of football
• to represent the north terrace
• to police the north terrace
• to fill a void for the those with hidden agendas
The mentality that exist should never be compromised at any cost. If you believe this, you should stand with bwb and fight the apathy that exist around you.
